1. How do I use TicketsBroadway.com?
TicketsBroadway.com is your gateway to the best of Broadway and beyond. Once you find an event you are interested in on our website, select the date you wish to attend and choose a time. Sometimes, there are multiple shows on the same day. Once you click on the time, you will be able to view the available inventory. Using the sidebar, select the ticket or tickets that you wish to purchase. You will then be taken to our secure check out.
2. Why can I not find the show I want?
TicketsBroadway.com is home to $2 billion worth of inventory. However, we do not have tickets for every theater event in the nation at any given time. If you do not see tickets for the show you want, they may become available at a later date. Our inventory is constantly being updated.
3. Which seats offer the best view?
There is no one agreed upon “best seat in the house.” The best view will vary by theater and your own personal preferences.
4. What does “obstructed view” mean?
If a seat on the website is labeled “obstructed view,” it means that you will not have a complete view of the stage. This may mean that a column, pole or other object is blocking your line of sight or that the seat is simply located at an angle that makes it difficult to see the full stage.
5. Why are some tickets more expensive than others for the same show?
Ticket prices for a show vary based on seat location, popularity, day of the week and time of the event taking place.
6. When should I purchase my ticket?
You can purchase your ticket at any time leading up to the beginning of the show. However, there will generally be more inventory available if you purchase your ticket as soon as possible.
Placing an order
1. What payment methods are accepted?
TicketsBroadway.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.
2. How is my buyer information protected?
We use top-of-the line SSL technology to keep your buyer information safe. Our website is also scanned on a daily basis to meet the standards of PCI compliance
3. Can I cancel my ticket after it has been purchased?
You cannot cancel your ticket once your purchase has been finalized.
However, during checkout you have the option to protect your purchase with Allianz Global Assistance for a small additional fee. This protection will give you 100% reimbursement up to $10,000 of your ticket costs if you are unable to attend the event for a variety of reasons, such as certain covered illnesses.
4. Can I exchange my ticket after it has been purchased?
As stated in our terms and conditions, which is agreed upon during checkout, all sales placed on our site are final. Once a seller has confirmed your order, we are unable to make any exceptions to the all-sales-are-final policy. We are additionally unable to make exchanges because all of the tickets on our site come from different sellers, so an even exchange is not possible.
5. What is a buyer guarantee?

You can rest easy knowing that once your order is accepted, tickets will be delivered to you based on the delivery method you selected during the checkout process in time for your event. The price of your ticket will be completely refunded if there is a problem on our end that prevents you from attending your event.
6. Why is there a service fee included in my order total?
Services fees are an industry standard and vary from site to site. Be sure that you read your order summary and itemized fees before agreeing to purchase as all sales are final.
Receiving your ticket
1. When will my tickets ship and how will they arrive?
Ticket delivery can vary extensively event by event, ticket by ticket and seller by seller. There are several delivery methods, including - but not limited to - instant download, mobile e-tickets, shipping or will call. Tickets will be delivered by the method you choose from the available options during the checkout process.
2. What should I do if I have not received my ticket?
If you have not received your ticket by the anticipated delivery or pickup date, please contact one of our customer service agents at 1-844-2SEESHOW or firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Will my ticket arrive in time for my event?
We guarantee that your ticket will arrive in time for your event. If any problems occur that prevent this, our 100% Buyer Guarantee promises to refund the full payment price.
Your event experience
1. What time should I arrive at the event?
For theater events, it is usually considered best practice to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the show. This allows you to find your seat before the lights go down. Most theaters will not allow you to enter the theater until intermission if the show has already started when you arrive.
2. What do I need to bring to be admitted to the event?
To attend the event, you will need to bring a physical copy of your ticket or the digital copy of your e-ticket.
3. What is the dress code for the theater?
There is no formal dress code for most theaters, but it is generally considered respectful to the performers to avoid flip flops, tank tops, shorts and other casual clothing.
4. What if there is a problem with my ticket?
If there is any problem with your ticket, our 100% Buyer Guarantee promises that we will refund the complete price of the order.
5. Will I get a refund if my event is cancelled?
You will receive a full refund of your order if the event has been officially canceled. For postponed or rescheduled events, we are not able to offer refunds as your tickets will still be valid for the event.
